Winter Travel Notice
Winter in the Catskills is beautiful — and unpredictable. Our property is reached via a well-maintained gravel drive off paved state roads, but snow and ice are common throughout the season. For safe access, a vehicle with all-wheel or four-wheel drive is strongly recommended during the winter months. The driveway is plowed regularly, yet conditions in the mountains can change quickly. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time for travel.

Driving Instructions from I-87 (Exit 19):
Follow the traffic circle onto Route 28 West.
After approximately 7.4 miles (just past Hotel Dylan & Santa Fe), bear right onto Old Route 28.
In 5 miles, turn right onto Ohayo Mountain Road.
After 800 feet, turn left onto Glenford-Wittenberg Road.
Continue for 3.7 miles until the road ends; turn left onto Wittenberg Road.
Cold Brook Road will be on your immediate left.
The driveway is 2.3 miles ahead, on the left.
Parking:
Guest parking is located at the top of the driveway on the left. Kindly avoid blocking the garage or front plaza.
Your Suite
Suite 1: Last door at the end of the front plaza.
Suites 2 & 3: Through the first black door—suite numbers are posted outside.
Entry & Lock Access:
Each suite features a digital lock with a personalized code, sent via email.
To activate the lock screen: touch with your palm or three fingers.
To lock: wake the screen and tap the lock icon.
A lockbox with backup keys is located just beyond the house—use your suite code.

Thermostat: Nest thermostat near the bathroom. Adjust the outer ring to set the temperature between 68–78°F.
Bathrooms:
Use the labeled momentary switch for ventilation—automatic shut-off.
Suite 1 includes an additional switch to accelerate hot water circulation.
Entertainment & Sound
Stream HBO, Showtime, Starz, and more via the Spectrum app.
Log in to your personal Netflix, Hulu, or Apple TV accounts—remember to log out before departure.
Play music through the built-in Spotify app and enjoy the tranquility.
Shared Kitchenette (inside door labelled 2 & 3):
Stocked with breakfast staples and snacks—granola, yogurt, eggs, oats, fresh fruit, coffee, and tea—available for all guests.
